Online Access to Support Tickets (Better Than E-mail)

We've made some changes to our support ticketing system, making it easier and more convenient to contact us via your Support Console than ever before.

WHAT IS MY SUPPORT CONSOLE?
Your Support Console provides you with online access to our support ticketing system. Use it to check the status of your support tickets in real time--without needing to call or e-mail us. In fact, whenever you have an issue, the fastest way to get it resolved is to submit a new request to us directly via your Support Console. We will assign your request a ticket number, just as we do when you contact us by phone, e-mail or chat. Our next available agent will review your ticket, and you can follow its progress online. (Your Support Console is accessible via both the Support Center and your control panel.)

WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT CONSOLE BETTER THAN E-MAIL?
Your Support Console provides a secure way for you to communicate with us while avoiding some of the common pitfalls of communicating via e-mail (e.g., spam filtering, e-mail delays, etc.). Plus, it's a lot faster! When you contact us via your Support Console, you will have already logged into your account--no further authentication is required. We will already know which account you're referring to and we won't need to trade e-mails back and forth to verify your identity with your security question, which means that we can get started working on your issue sooner.

In short, contacting us via your Support Console enables us to respond to your request more expediently without compromising the security of your account.
