11:00 All systems running properly

9:05 AM EST THU 3/6/08 - We have upgraded the database hardware and added more storage to the storage device, we will be monitoring AtMail very closely today, but we feel that this should remedy the issues that has caused service interruption over the past 2 days.

1:50 PM EST - AtMail is currently working, but in a degraded state, you may experience intermittent time outs or slowness.

We had a server that was experiencing high load, we took this server offline for a quick upgrade, which has brought the AtMail Webmail back on line, however we need to perform a full maintenance later tonight to fully restore normal service.

This maintenance will take place between 12:01 AM - 1:00 AM EST tonight. During this hour long period AtMail Webmail may be unavailable for periods of time.

We regret this service interruption and apologize for the inconvenience that it may cause.

11:51 PM EST - We are currently experiencing an issue with our WebMail service called AtMail. This service will need to be taken down for emergency diagnoses and repair. We expect to have the service operational by 4:00 PM EST. We will update this message if any new information becomes available before that.
